21 Casino Withdrawal Times
What a payout actually takes from Ireland, method by method — including the pending stage nobody puts in the marketing copy.
The short answer
A 21 Casino withdrawal is two clocks, not one. First the request sits in pending review — up to 24 hours on a weekday, up to 48 across a weekend. Then the transfer runs: nothing to six hours on crypto, two to twenty-four on Revolut Pay, six to twenty-four on Jeton, one to three working days back to a debit card, three to five on a SEPA transfer. A verified account with the payout going back to the deposit method is the whole trick to the fast end of those ranges.
The pending stage, which is where the time goes
Every advertised payout speed you will ever read starts counting after the pending stage, and pending is the part that varies. It is a review: the payments team confirms the account is verified, that the method you are withdrawing to is one you have deposited from, and that there is no bonus wagering outstanding. Nothing about it is automated end to end, which is why a Tuesday morning request often clears in under an hour and a Saturday night one sits until Monday.
Twenty-four hours is the number to plan around on a working day. Forty-eight is realistic across a weekend or a bank holiday, and Ireland has enough of those in the first half of the year to matter. Nothing you do speeds this up once the request is in — support cannot push a payout up a queue, whatever a live chat agent says to be helpful.
What does speed it up is doing the work beforehand. Verification completed at sign-up rather than at the first cashout removes the single longest delay. Depositing and withdrawing on the same method removes the second. After that the pending stage is largely just queue position.
Timings by method
| Method | Min payout | Max per transaction | After pending | Worst case seen | Fee |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Bitcoin | €20 | €50,000 | 0–6 hours | 12 hours | Network fee |
| Ethereum | €20 | €50,000 | 0–12 hours | 18 hours | Network fee |
| Revolut Pay | €20 | €50,000 | 2–24 hours | 2 days | None |
| Jeton | €20 | €50,000 | 6–24 hours | 2 days | None |
| Trustly | €20 | €50,000 | Up to 24 hours | 2 working days | None |
| Visa / Mastercard debit | €20 | €50,000 | 1–3 working days | 5 working days | None |
| SEPA bank transfer | €20 | €50,000 | 3–5 working days | 7 working days | Your bank may charge |
Every figure is time after the request leaves pending. Add up to 24 hours on a weekday, up to 48 at a weekend, for the review itself. Full limits and fees are on the payment methods page.
Debit card payouts
A card payout leaves the casino as a refund-style credit to the card you deposited from. Once it has left, the timing is entirely your issuer's. One to three working days is the honest range for Irish banks; the credit sometimes appears as pending in the banking app within hours and then takes another day or two to settle. That pending line is real money on its way, not a hold.
Two things reliably go wrong. A card that has expired or been reissued since the deposit cannot receive the credit — the payout bounces back and has to be redirected, which costs several days. And the closed-loop cap means only what you deposited can return to the card; winnings above that go to a bank account instead, so a single payout can arrive as two separate credits with different timings.
Wallets and crypto
Crypto is the fastest route out and it is not close. Bitcoin payouts clear in under six hours in most cases, Ethereum in under twelve, and the only delay after that is network confirmation. The trade-off is obvious enough: you need a wallet, you carry the price movement between request and arrival, and the network fee is yours. For a €200 payout that fee is noise; the speed is the point.
Revolut Pay is the fastest non-crypto option and the one most Irish players end up using — two to twenty-four hours, straight back into the Revolut account, no fee either side. Jeton sits slightly behind at six to twenty-four hours and only makes sense if you already keep a balance there.
Trustly deserves a note because people expect it to be instant on the way out, the way it is on the way in. It is not: the outbound leg is a normal bank credit and takes up to a day.
SEPA and bank transfers
SEPA is the slowest method and, for anything large, the one you will end up on regardless. Three to five working days, and "working" is doing real work in that sentence — a payout approved on the Friday of a bank holiday weekend is a Wednesday arrival. Some Irish banks also apply their own value date to incoming transfers, adding a day that has nothing to do with the casino.
The account must be in your own name and, in practice, held at an institution the casino's processor recognises. Irish IBANs from AIB, Bank of Ireland, PTSB, Revolut and N26 all go through normally. Where people lose a week is on a mistyped IBAN: the transfer fails silently at the far end, comes back, and the whole cycle restarts.
What actually slows a payout down
Verification not finished
By a distance the biggest one. Photo ID plus a proof of address dated within three months. A blurry corner-cropped photo gets rejected and costs another round trip.
Bonus wagering outstanding
A withdrawal with unfinished wagering either fails or clears the bonus and its winnings first. Check the remaining turnover before you request.
Cancelling and re-requesting
Reversing a pending payout resets the clock completely. Do it twice and a day becomes most of a week.
Requesting on a Friday night
Not a rule anywhere, just arithmetic. A weekday morning request clears the review queue much faster than a weekend one.
What players report
"Requested €340 to Revolut on a Wednesday around lunchtime, it was in the app before I went to bed. The only slow one I've had was the first, and that was my own fault for not doing the ID."
Cathal, Co. Meath — 14 Aug 2026
"Card withdrawal took four working days, not three. Bank showed it pending on day two. Not thrilled but nothing went missing and nobody messed me about."
Aoife, Dublin — 2 Aug 2026
"Cancelled a payout twice because I fancied another go on the roulette. Took nearly a week in the end and I only had half of it left. Lesson learned."
Declan, Galway — 27 Jul 2026
Reader reports, lightly edited for length. They are anecdotes, not a sample — they are here because the pattern in them matches what our own test payouts do.
Verification, and why it decides everything
Every timing on this page assumes a verified account. If yours is not verified when you request a payout, none of the numbers apply — the request simply sits in pending until the documents are approved, and that is where the horror stories about week-long waits come from. It is not a delaying tactic; anti-money-laundering rules oblige the operator to know who it is paying before it pays.
What is asked for is consistent across the industry: a photo ID, a proof of address dated within the last three months, and sometimes proof that the payment method belongs to you. In Ireland a passport or a driving licence covers the first, and a utility bill or a bank statement covers the second. A phone bill is usually fine. A screenshot of an online banking summary usually is not, because it carries no issue date.
Rejections are almost always mechanical rather than suspicious. A corner cropped off the document, glare across the photo page, an address that reads slightly differently to the one on the account, a bill three months and a week old. Each rejection costs a full round trip, and the round trip is measured in working days rather than hours.
Gets approved first time
Whole document in frame on a flat surface, no flash, all four corners visible, address matching the account character for character, document dated inside three months.
Comes back rejected
Photos taken at an angle, laminated licences reflecting the ceiling light, statements with the address redacted, and anything where the name is an abbreviation of the registered one.
Do it on the day you sign up. It costs ten minutes when nothing is riding on it, and it removes the only genuinely unpredictable step from the first payout that matters to you.
Large payouts and jackpots
The €50,000 per-transaction ceiling is not a cap on what you can take out, it is a cap on how much moves at once. A larger balance is paid in instalments, and each instalment goes through its own pending review — so a €120,000 balance is three transactions and three clocks, not one long wait. In practice that spreads across several days even when everything is in order.
A win of any real size will also trigger an extra source-of-funds or identity check, even on an account that was verified months ago. That is standard and it is not a sign anything is wrong. Having the documents already on file shortens it considerably; being asked for them cold, after a big win, is what turns days into a fortnight.
Progressive jackpots are a separate case again. Those are funded and paid by the game provider rather than the casino, on the provider's own schedule, and the very largest ones are sometimes paid in structured instalments under the game's terms. That is written into the rules of the game itself, so it is worth a read before you chase one rather than after.
For anything above a few thousand euro, SEPA is the sensible destination even though it is the slowest option on the table. Card and wallet limits force a split that a bank transfer does not, and one predictable five-day wait beats four unpredictable ones. The payment methods page has the per-method ceilings.

Withdrawal questions
How long does a 21 Casino withdrawal take?
Add the pending review to the transfer itself. Pending is up to 24 hours on a weekday and up to 48 at a weekend. After that: 0 to 6 hours on crypto, 2 to 24 hours on Revolut Pay, 6 to 24 on the Jeton wallet, 1 to 3 working days back to a debit card, and 3 to 5 working days on a SEPA bank transfer.
Why is my 21 Casino withdrawal still pending?
The usual reasons are an unfinished verification, a payout method that does not match the deposit method, an active bonus with wagering left, or simply a weekend. Pending is a manual review stage — it is not a transfer that has gone missing.
Is there a fee for withdrawing from 21 Casino?
The casino adds nothing. A cryptocurrency payout carries the network fee, and some Irish banks charge for receiving or sending a SEPA transfer. Nothing is taken off a card or Revolut Pay payout.
What is the maximum I can withdraw?
EUR 50,000 per transaction. Larger balances go out in instalments, and a progressive jackpot win is paid on the schedule set by the game provider rather than the casino.
Can I cancel a pending withdrawal?
Yes, while it is still pending — but it puts the money back into your playable balance and restarts the clock from zero when you request it again. It is the most common reason a payout that should have taken a day takes four.
Verify first, withdraw once
The fast end of every range on this page belongs to a verified account cashing out to the method it deposited from.
